Since 2017, when i was tricked into seeing a psychologist for simply reporting noise campaign past 12 AM because it was deliberately done to sleepdeprive me so that i fell asleep and wake up late for classes.
The pscyhiatrist was a pure evil, charlatan who tricked me into signing experimentational papers i could simply not show any consent to.
Since then started all the harassments, the noises, it got worse to a sickening level that many people started noticing it.
Students made complaints about neighbors making noises and were constantly ignored. Few of them had encounters outside with street gangs threatening to hit them and there was also an incident of a drunk trying to break into the students house with a knife.
Liane was like a sister to me. they were doing the same thing to her and they killed her in 2020 by attacking her bladder. she was hospitalized and they gave her cancer in 3 months and evenetually killed her. she had no illness symptoms before. her mother still wonders how did it all happen.
Anyway this noise campaign continues being done by military students, escpecially when i am walking past their windows on my way to the restaurant or class.
They are all connnected through an app and are given directions each time i am out.
The noises are done even when i am off campus.
It is used as an alert to tell the victim is being watched.
They always do it when i use my cellphone to check calss group interactions or when i am talking to a sibling or a friend.
Following this noise, they play the chair dragging noises that i posted videos earlier.
