Nibal Farsakh, media and information officer at the Palestine Red Crescent Society, talks to FRANCE 24 about the humanitarian situation in the Palestinian enclave Gaza and what she would like the international community to do.

"The humanitarian situation in Gaza is catastrophic", says Farsakh, as the Al-Quds hospital and emergency medical centre remain "under threat of being bombed at any moment".

As such, she is calling on the international community "for a second time to pressure Israel to stop the evacuation order immediately" in order to "stop the humanitarian catastrophe that is unfolding" and "to hold Israel accountable" in accordance with international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention.
