Wild elephant wanders around Chinese town, damaging houses and vehicles

A wild elephant wandered around a town in southwestern China and damaged houses and vehicles.

The video, filed in Menghai County in Yunnan Province on March 24, shows a male elephant roaming around a busy road as people try to keep a wide berth.

Another clip shows a car lying upside down on the grass and a man says: "The elephant lost his temper and kicked over the car."

According to reports, the elephant was in a rut but could not find a female elephant. So the anxious elephant damaged vehicles and houses in the village.
