Making a Carbon Fiber Japanese Tanto Knife

Creating all the parts of a Japanese Tanto using modern materials. First the blade is ground from a thick sheet of silver wave carbon fiber. Grip and scabbard are 3D printed from gray matte filament and polished smooth. Each piece is precisely hand fitted and held in place with a carbon fiber peg.
