Dave Knight Trading IS 5 to 1 Possible in Day Trading?

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been debating how best to attack and defend the market while seeing if I can get close to the 5 to 1 the Paul Tudor Jones speaks on.

My conclusion is very few trades will be able to obtain this lofty goal as a day trader taking on multiple trades per day.

The other conclusion is can you scalp to a 5 to 1 target during the trading session?

Or some other combination above combined?

I am reviewing a lot of course material that I have collected over the years to determine how best to attack and defend against the prop firms rules.

I am considering a multitude of ideas and thoughts and observations. Here is one … it will be around 55 EAs to equal out $2K in spending against taking a PA and earning a payout of $2K. I believe I can do much better than this … this year. This is the overall goal of 2024.

Right now, my trading patience is very poor. I have taken several EAs above 2K in profits only to fail this year and several more above 1K. I am 90 percent right now above 1K in my EAs so far in 2024 and 30% above 2K.
