Here is the second track of the The Grief Prophecy demo by the Sweden based black metal band Dissection. The song is called The Call of the Mist. Dissection were playing death metal at this time and would change to black metal for their first album in 1993 called The Somberlain. Dissection formed in 1989 and released this demo in 1991. This was their debut demo. The band would break up in 1997 after two classic albums The Somberlain and Storm of the Lights Bane after members of the band would find themselves in prison, a pretty common occurrence for second wave black metal bands. They would reform in 2005 and release one final album called Reinkaos before the lead singer committed suicide.

Lyrics:
The darkened sky above possesses a sense of far beyond
Dismal visions from a distant past summons a fate unknown
Ancient visions sweeps fast by your blinded eyes
A raven flies over the cenotaph, an ancient force to rise
Rise !
Caressing the ground of the evil one
Infinite songs heard clear and strong
This once so placid place is now
where the dead speak and walk
The call of the mist - suffocation of all life
Conjuring of souls, then lain in destruction
Devour my souls in eternal blasphemy
I'm the mourner of the ones who died for you
Swallowed by the dark embracement
Open wide the sombre gates !
My god has horns...
