Today I thought to myself, I need to talk about vegans and carnivores who tend to be very evangelistic with there dogmatic beliefs about there vegan or carnivore diet being the best diet for everyone and just because it works for them then it must be the best diet for everyone.

I personally have a lot of direct experience with these type of people due to me quitting a vegan diet around 7 months ago after eating that way for over 6 years when I made the switch I announced it in full detail on this Youtube channel.

What resulted from this was tons of vegans saying I did the vegan diet wrong and that is was not the diets fault at all and then after I quit the carnivore diet after experimenting with it for quite some time I had the exact same reaction from the carnivore crew.

The fact is that just because one diet works for you or someone else it does not mean it works for everyone instead, it's about listening to our body and eating what makes us feel good and what may make you feel good may not make myself or others feel good.
