MOST GAIN: JOYO R-03 UZI Distortion Pedal vs Boss Metal Zone Waza Craft mT-2w
You may already be thinking of how awesome guitar player I am, and now you may know I am also master of playing drums during this evaluation of Joyo UZI R-03 Distortion Pedal!
Review of JOYO R-03 UZI Distortion Pedal
Pros:
1. Sounds badazz. Supposedly based on Friedman BE-OD circuit.
2. Black.
3. Power input on BACK of pedal, where it should be.
4. Low/Mid/High EQ knobs, and "BIAS" knob to tweak sound.
5. LED light on front of JOYO Revolution series pedals is not just gimmick...I think they are really useful. It would be cool to have a whole pedalboard of these if you are some musician that plays live. You could see which pedal is which, which pedals are active, and get information on setting. There is a switch on bottom where you can set light to never come on, always stay on, or only turn on when pedal activated (default choice).
Cons:
1. Does not say "METAL" anywhere in name of pedal.
2. No skulls or fire printed on top of pedal.
3. Unlike a Metal Zone pedal, it's not a Metal Zone pedal.
I'd say this is a pretty awesome pedal! Price is good at 49 United States dollars on Amazon right now. I'll be putting mine on eBay tonight for about half that. It's a great pedal, and I purchased it just to try for fun, but it won't replace Metal Zone.
Thanks for watching, and please post comment to help others make decision on pedal purchase, I appreciate click of "like" button, and subscribe to channel to hear more equipment test and listen to skilled master guitar playing!
