Georgia’s Glynn County Police Department released body camera footage that shows moments after 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed in February.
On February 23, 2020, Ahmaud Marquez Arbery, 25-year-old man, was pursued and fatally shot while fleeing from a house under construction he had just burglarised near Brunswick in Glynn County, Georgia. Arbery had been pursued by three residents—Travis McMichael and his father Gregory, who were driving a pickup truck trying to stop the burglar, Arbery to talk to him and wait for the police to arrive. The third resident is William "Roddie" Bryan, who followed Arbery in a second vehicle who record the video of the shooting with his phone.

On 7/12/2019, Ahmaud Arbery's father Marcus called 911 reporting a suspicious black man around his house.
Just before Ahmaud Arbery was shot by Gregory McMichael and Travis McMichael an unidentified caller made a report to 911 about a black male in a white t-shirt inside a house under construction. Two other videos recently released appears to show Arbery inside a house under construction.
On 7/12/2019, Ahmaud Arbery's father Marcus called 911 reporting a suspicious black man around his house.
On 10/25/2019, homeowner Larry English called police about a black man trespassing at his home being built at 220 Satilla Shores in Brunswick, Georgia. This was about 4 months before the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery on 2/23/2020. He called police on 5 occasions about people being in the house before the shooting.
On 11/17/2019, homeowner Larry English 2nd called police about a white man and woman trespassing at his home being built at 220 Satilla Shores in Brunswick, Georgia.
On 11/18/2019, homeowner Larry English called police about a black man trespassing at his home being built at 220 Satilla Shores in Brunswick, Georgia.
On 2/11/2020, Travis McMichael called police about a black man trespassing at 220 Satilla Shores. This was 12 days before the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery.
video appears to show what prosecutors called “video of Arbery burglarizing a home immediately preceding the chase and confrontation."

Attorneys for the McMichaels argue they were justified to pursue Arbery because they suspected he was a burglar and that Travis McMichael acted in self-defense.
