I had started editing with the death of the 3 suns. It was visually interesting, but I didn't like the wild aspect of the makeshift desert. Then, after several months, almost giving up on the idea of making videos, following my experience with AI-generated videos, I still tried to finish it. I was deeply moved by the massacre in Gaza by the Israeli government. In fact, I have two songs in tribute to Ghassan Kanafani in preparation. Because whatever the lies of the Israeli government and Hamas, his assassination leaves no doubt about the intentions of the colonizers not to give peace a chance. The lasting political solution of two states can only exist if the populations each succeed in freeing themselves, on one side from the coalition of right-wing and far-right parties which keep Netanyahu in power, and on the other from Hamas. Finally, I'm not an expert on the matter, just a human appalled by the massacres and colonialism. So I kept some elements of desert folklore from the film to accentuate the staged aspect of the image war. I added the Sufi dervish from the Iranian film "The Stone Desert" as an embodiment of spiritual Islam. I included images of destruction and bombardments on the people of Gaza.
