Freedom fighter, Cameron Smith of Tamaterau, speaks candidly about why he believes the large signs on his property need to remain in spite of the local bylaws which only allow for one sign in a rural zone like his, to advertise a business only.
The Whangarei District Council recently advised him that according to District Plan and signs rules, (the 7+ large signs he has installed to elicit thought and wake people up), need to go. The well-spoken Cameron shares some of his experiences and talks about why he feels so strongly that the signs need to remain.
