Fani has gotten off easy by Judge McAfee, who let her remain on the case by firing her lover/prosecutor, which is by itself a dereliction of duty!
It even turns out that Judge McAfee and his wife had donated to Fani's election campaign, which means (in my opinion) that with this conflict of intere$t he ought to have excused himself from the case!
The Trump classified documents case is also in deep trouble because Judge Cannon has observed the "selective prosecution" of Trump for offenses others (such as Biden himself) have committed yet were not subject to indictment.
Expect this case to be tossed.
