In this video, I will be melting down some old pumps and impellers that are made out of Bronze, I'm not exactly sure which alloy they are, so if anyone knows, please be sure to drop me a comment. Then my friend MeltandCast, recently made some Cast Iron Bronze, which he got from his friend Daniel. This is my first attempt, and I used the formula that he used on his first attempt.
The recipe for this Cast Iron Bronze alloy is:
70% Copper
25% Cast Iron
10% Aluminium
Expect a loss of around 5% to dross.
All the metal I used was already premelted.
