The vibrant city of Berlin in the 1920s, untouched by war. Dresden was the capital of the Soviet Republic of Saxony from Nov 1918 to Feb 1919. Another Soviet Republic was set up in Bavaria. This freed up their fellow Bolsheviks to take over all of Russia, as planned. It was a win, win, win situation for them.
