A huge fire broke out at an industrial park in eastern China, causing an immense pillar of black smoke to rise up from the building.

The dramatic video, filmed in Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province on November 19, shows a warehouse being engulfed in bright flames and thick black smoke rising into the air.

More than a thousand pupils from a nearby primary school were evacuated safely and gathered on their playground.

According to reports, plastic additives in the warehouse were lit and caused the fire.

The fire has been put out and no one was reported injured. The cause was being investigated by authorities.
