Continuing on with the Sega Genesis Mini Library! I think we're about a third the way through, and most of it has been lesser games or early releases, so maybe later parts will be multi part instead of a one-off? Anyway, this is Golden Axe, an early release for the Sega Genesis which really made for a much improved replacement for Altered Beast, in terms of co-op side scrolling beat 'em ups. Of course, not as fondly remembered as something like Streets of Rage which is the gold standard for the genre for the system, but this one is pretty competent and pretty fun all the same, if simple. Let's go on a fantasy journey to try to take down the wicked Death Adder! Wish me luck!
