The Biden Administration tried to pull a gayop on Ecuador by offering them brand new US made military equipment and arms for its old junky out of date Soviet era Russian arms and equipment with the intent of handing it over to Ukraine. This is when Ecuador’s third largest trading partner is Russia and it making such a deal would definitely cause problems for them with the Russians. Which is clearly why the US didn’t mention this to Ecuador’s President and he had to find out from the Russians and Western media.
