Christianity: The Great Persecution and Triumph over Sol Invictus #shorts

In the third century AD Christianity spread rapidly throughout the Roman Empire. The Roman emperors saw this growth as threatening and persecuted Christians. like during the Great Persecution of 303AD. Sol Invictus was later replaced by the Mithras cult. In the end Christianity, not Sol Invictus, dominated the Roman Empire.
