This new little book from Per Bylund is a great introduction to economic thought, but it's even something worth grabbing if you're fairly well-read. It has a refreshing individualistic perspective with a focus on entrepreneurship, and a bunch of poignant points that are well worth reading. In addition, the Further Reading section is probably something you'll find something new to read in, maybe even if you're a trained economist.
