Das Sony Game (1992, PC)

Das Sony Game is platformer developed by German company Comad. It is a promotional game made for Sony's German subsidiary. You play a Sony walkman in search of the parts of various disassembled Sony products. In each level, you need to find all parts of crackers puzzle which are scattered throughout the level, then find the shop to deliver them. There are various enemies patrolling in the levels. As you do not have any weapons, you can only avoid them. One touch and you loose a life. There is also both time limit a constantly draining energy bar. The latter can be replenished by finding batteries or buying energy units at the shop. Items are paid with Sony logos you can find in the level. You can also buy extra lives, a look at the map, plugs, additional time, for example. Plugs carry a rope and can be shot to the ceiling so that you can climb the rope afterwards. The "Sony" currency is retained between levels, but once you die, you loose all of it.
