Around 1 p.m. at the top of the parking garage at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand, a 16-year-old had just left a court hearing that upset him. He went to the ledge and was on the verge of jumping when Volusia Sheriff's deputies, DeLand …

He wasn't injured aside from some abrasions from the concrete, and he's now getting some help from people who care about him.
