Pastor was well enough to preach a short Easter message to our friends at Hickory Creek Healthcare. Matt. 28
You may notice a low conversation in the background. Some Dementia patients sitting in the back didn't seem aware of anything beyond their table.
Melody Baptist Church has a chapel of it's own, but due to Pastor's recent health problems we are not holding location services for the public at present. We were able to bring our regular Sunday 3:30 pm church service to some local nursing homes up to Feb. 11th of this year. It gave the patients there a touch of church that they missed on Sundays. We had some visitors join us from time to time and the nursing home patients loved having new people to sit with them. We always posted where we were going on the church front door. We always held our Sunday services at 3:30pm afternoon. (That is dating back to the Fall of 2023 when we changed it from 3pm to 3:30pm.) We also posted our schedule on our church social media--telegram, Gettr and facebook.
