The first thing you want to do is grab the jet pack. Luckily, you had some practice with it if you played the level Born Again in Jewel of the Nile DLC. Next you need to grab a steel rod from the piles of steel rods scattered around the place. Wait until Ugh-Zan IV starts wrestling the Sand Whale. With his back turned and distracted by the Sand Whale, throw the steel rod into his back. Do this at least three times and the storm's lightning strikes should bring down his health and stun him while pausing his healing factor long enough for you to make some direct hits with your cannon. Don't worry about the surrounding enemies because your jet pack maneuverability should keep you safe from any and all attacks. Just keep your focus on the boss. Once he's dead, Sam finally reaches the Time-Lock and calls Mental's residence on the phone. Mental's daughter Judy answers and Sam tells her to tell her dad that Sam is coming for him. Judy tells Sam that Mental is getting ready to "moon" the planet. Aw crap! The moon is crashing into the Earth! Sam runs into the time portal and Earth is destroyed.
