Today I got to interview lovely ex-vegan called Judyta Maria who went fully into the vegan diet long term for many years for health, ethical and environmental reasons due to the vegan documentaries and vegan preachers out there brainwashing her with there vegan dogmatic beliefs and vegan pseudoscience.
She was someone that prior to the vegan diet had optimal health holistically but she wanted to take her health to the next level by making a switch to the vegan diet and before she made this switch she ate a vegetarian diet for 14 years.
Just like many people who switch to a vegan diet she initially felt good on the vegan diet but after the 1st year, her health started to steadily go downhill no matter how hard she tried to make the vegan diet work nothing helped to resolve the issues she was having holistically on the vegan diet.
She ended up getting cystic acne, skin rashes, brain fog, fatigue, low libido, a bloated vegan belly, a gaunt face, hair loss, thinner hair, vision issues, teeth sensitivity, digestive issues, emotional distress, feeling emotionally unbalanced, getting stressed out and overwhelmed easily, cognitive functions impaired and so many other health issues and symptoms holistically.
In the end, a few things lead her to enviable quitting the vegan diet and she started experimenting with fish and other animal foods which she got instant health-promoting benefits and within around a 5 week period of making the switch every issue she had on the vegan diet just vanished and now she functions and thrives optimally on a ketogenic diet.
She hopes that her message in this ex-vegan interview helps vegans that are not thriving on that malnourished unsustainable diet to wake up to the reality that the vegan diet is destroying them and to regain there health and vitality they can so quickly by incorporating high-quality animal foods back into there diet.
