PENTAGON VIDEO PREDICTS LIFE IN AMERICAN AND WORLDWIDE CITIES IN 2030

In 2016, The Intercept submitted a freedom of information request to the U.S. Government, and in response received a video that was used as part of an “Advanced Special Operations Combating Terrorism” course offered at the Pentagon's Joint Special Operations University. The video was shown for a lesson on “The Emerging Terrorism Threat,” and was made for the U.S. Army. It's title is: Megacities: Urban Future, the Emerging Complexity. If, as the video suggests, 60% of urban dwellers will be aged under 18, what is going to happen to the rest of us in the next 8 years? Is this the future that the U.S. Army is preparing for?
