At Ananda Ashram in Monroe, NY Joan Suval, long time devotee of Sri Bramananda Sarasvati the founder of the Ashram, did a talk on the book I am that by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj I recorded it while I was visiting the Ashram. I put this out purely as educational and thought provoking spiritual view points to consider. While Buddhism and Hinduism have good insights on how the brain and thoughts effect us and our lives and the use of meditation as a method to quiet the mind and through prayer attempt to find God I don't think the final conclusion of Buddhism and Hinduism to be correct as Christianity is.
