Before I update y’all on my (shocking) 5 Year Anniversary, I figured now would be a better time to look through my political compass test results to see how I’ve evolved over the years. It can be determined that the root cause of my transformation had a lot to do with the way 2020 rolled out. Had 2020 not been a chaotic year between the China Virus, the Summer of Love, and the Rigged Election, I think I would have comfortably remained in the libertarian right framework that I started making content. However, reality forced me to think differently on the nature of authority, the tyranny of the majority, and the nature of self-governance in general. While I’m not gonna be a full-blown monarchist any time soon, it has to be stated my entire political evolution can be blamed on the failures of liberalism as a whole.
