After two years of wearing masks at our schools, there is no end in sight where this will end. Schools, Department of Health, State Education Department and the Governor's Office have no plan to end this any time soon.
While thousands of schools all over the country, and even this state, have made it illegal to force masks, and they aren't wearing masks safely, schools in this state still require them for all children, whether they can medically tolerate or not.
If Mandating Masks, school must:
1. Must read Florida State University and MIT studies regarding pathogens, contagions, virus and
bacteria found on masks after testing
2. Conduct and then implement detailed policies regarding mask wearing
3. Perform Risk Assessment on every child in weekly increments
4. Establish with research and well chronicled and specific evidence that a health threat exists to
warrant the enforcement of masks
a. This research must be sent to every parent
b. This research will be constantly updated and monitored
5. Provide masks to every child that are rated for protecting against the threat being utilized
a. These masks must be certified safe for use by independent experts
b. These masks must be independently tested for
6. Negative effects
7. Efficacy
a. Parents and children must be notified of and provided with all risk results and studies
b. Masks must be certified for intended use by Mask Manufacturers
8. Masks must be fitted twice per day to insure mask is worn properly to insure safety of child
9. Medical Assessments must be performed on every child to verify if they can medically
tolerate wearing a mask
a. Initial screening
b. Weekly screening to see if conditions of child have changed
10. Oxygen levels will be performed and tested on every child, every hour
a. If oxygen levels fall below medically allowable limits
b. Mask will be instantly removed
c. Student will not be allowed to have mask placed on them again until oxygen levels have
been restored
d. Students must be examined by a medical professional prior to mask being worn again
to determine if it can be worn safely without further complications or exacerbating
existing conditions
e. Notify parents immediately
11. Mask breaks must be allowed
a. Every half hour for ten minutes
b. If any child is in distress for any reason
12. Schools will not tolerate or allow for any student, admin, teacher, member of staff, parent,
board member, school lawyer or anyone to
