Investigative Audit Report Summary:
I interviewed these two male, foreign Latinos, ages 20s-30s in North Scottsdale AZ on April 10th 2022. Their uniforms read "Yellowstone landscape". They confirmed with headnods they're are employees of Yellowstone Landscape Chandler Arizona.
I did not observe them doing any work even though they had work tools and appeared to be assigned to public street maintenance. They could not answer simple questions such as who pays them, if they were in the Mexican military, if they had TB shots(epidemic in Latin America)or if anyone requires they take Covid injections at the border.
Their understanding of basic English was very poor and I believe based on the audit they're illegally employed and occupying the USA.
One of the Yellowstone employees(man sitting on right)nodded his head in agreement that he had committed crimes in Mexico and is from Mexico.
These individuals refused to offer me any part time work or be helpful in anyway where I can apply for work at their company.
My conclusion based on this audit and prior observations of Yellowstone Landscaping is these individuals are in the USA illegally, employed illegally and present a criminal/national security threat to lawful citizens/residents of the USA.
Company suspected of employing illegal aliens(US Title 8 Section 1324 and USC Article 4, Section 4 violations) and racist employment practices(observed on several occasions this company not employing white and black English speaking US citizens violating 1964 Civil Rights Act).
