See clearly,that these are 2 different people 100%.
Though Very similar in appearance , there are slight differences , that are detectable.
In one clip he never blinks and the eyes look photoshopped .
The entire forehead eyes to the bridge of nose looks photoshopped. It has the tell tell white hazing over exposure around it. You can see it. All Deep Fakes show it.
This clip is Covering up something with the fake Bidens eyes.
Mouth is different. So are the Ears.
Hairline different as well.
Upper Body Size. Head Radius.
Possibly Joe Bidens Brother James with CGI masking.
Both of these people cannot be Joe Biden.
