Angular Resolution and the Flat Horizon Part 2

It is a scientifically verified fact that altitude, refraction or atmospheric lensing, visual perspective and angular resolution determine how far we can see with our eyes or telescope. The resolving power of human eyes, telescopes and cameras varies and depends on the angular resolution properties of their lenses and focal lengths.

Hence when a globe believer says, "If the Earth were flat, we should be able to see Europe from the United States across the ocean", then the statement is nonsensical.
