The Dundee Resistance Movement wrote to every single MP and MSP to tell them (in case they didn't already know, or claim to not have known, in a future criminal trial) that Covid-19 was downgraded from a High Consequence Infectious Disease on 19 March 2020 BEFORE any legislation relating to Covid-19 was passed.
