A towing company truck finally pushed a car out of deep water in Charleston, South Carolina, on Friday, December 14, three hours after the car was stopped at a flooded intersection. The car’s driver turned down a rescue from the fire department, preferring to stay with his vehicle until it could be rescued along with him.
