This 3 minute 40 second music video is an excerpt from the 37 minute Labor Video Project report of the SF Rally To Defend Julian Assange that happened first at the San Francisco Consulates of Ecuador and the United Kingdom on August 1, 2018. The song was written by Jorma Jorinen of Finland. This is a Vic Sadot rendition for Aug 1, 2018. The coalition of media, labor, and rights activists from the Bay Area was in answer to the call for rallies in cities around the world against the imminent attack on the political asylum status of Julian Assange. The election in Ecuador resulted in a more US corporate puppet relationship, which is making moves to expel Ecuadoran citizen Julian Assange from the embassy in London, where he has taken refuge for many years.
The recent Ecuadoran election appears to be part of a never-ending US financial and military empire assault on countries that attempt to use their resources to uplift their people, such as Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and others in the Bolivarian Revolution for independence and sovereignty and against US hemispheric hegemony and corporate exploitation. At any rate, Julian Assange and wikileaks can’t help but upset those who want total secrecy for their crimes and total spying on the people of the world.
This music video was extracted from the rally report by Labor Video, and edited by Vic Sadot. Vic was also attending as a citizen journalist. See the link to his report to No Lies Radio below! There are other links to check out below that one might wish to engage!
