In this episode of Baldur's Gate: Toby's Tale, we conclude our little adventure in the mines but information garnered leads us to have more questions than answers and, in a quest to resolve some of those questions, we return to Beregost in search of the man believed to be the agent of the one behind this situation in the mines.
Welcome to my brand new playthrough of Baldur’s Gate on my Youtube Channel. I made an attempt a couple of years ago to do a playthrough of the game and got as far as Nashkel’s mines which I nearly finished with before the combination of a computer virus and the death of my hard drive wiped out all of my save games and made the continuation of that LP impossible.
In this LP, I will be recreating the same exact character as I did in my previous LP of this game, a half-elf fighter-thief dual class character named Toby who hates nobles and loves to rob all those smug, uppity bastards blind alongside his best friend Imoen.
I will be trying something new in this series and will be doing a longer format of videos similar to what I did in Skyrim where my videos will run somewhere between 40 minutes and roughly an hour and forty-five minutes. Each individual video will be its own recording session rather than being spread over 3 or 4 videos.
In addition, I will be interspersing a series of journal entries amongst my standard LP videos throughout the other vids. These journal entries will be a couple of minutes long with absolutely no commentary whatsoever and will be written from Toby’s POV as a way to give you a window into his head and show you how he views certain events throughout the series as well as to give me another means to characterize Toby throughout the series.
If you are enjoying what you see here then please like the video and subscribe to my channel to receive updates on the latest releases. If you have any tips or suggestions for me then please leave me a comment below. I am quite amicable to making changes to how I do my seri..
