FORGOT TO ADD: In early agriculture, all one could spend their surplus on was more kids, resulting in those who produced surplus having more kids, thus evolving humans in that region. In an environment of hyperabundance, wealth can be used to acquire many more things, thus diverting the wealth of the productive away from reproduction and towards fancy cars and houses.
Whereas the tribal communist, who just breeds and breeds and breeds as per his programming, doesn't face the brutal infant mortality rate that existed during the period of man's evolution, and so you get a build-up of tribal communists. These tribal communist types of people tend to be non-european and non-east asian, but they can be found in all races.
What is called "western civilization" is the level of food surplus developed by agriculturalists in europe, especially northern and western europe, which then allowed for people to specialize in non-agricultural fields.
This agricultural behavioral pattern evolved from... the introduction of agriculture. The reason european and east asian "civilization" has been so robust is because the civlizations started in harsher climates from an agricultural standpoint.
For example, it is easier to start a civilization along the nile than in Germany, because of the concentration of hyper-productive land. But once agriculture is mastered in Germany to a point where there is enough food surplus that non-agriculturalists can be supported, clustering in civitas creating "civilization", the biological evolution to the agriculturalist type is more complete than in Egypt - because it has to be. This creates a more agricultualist personality type in Germany than in Egypt, thus the genetic agriculturalist foundations will be more robust in an area where civilization was harder to create.
So when we call someone a "degenerate", we are speaking of someone who possesses the behavioral patterns of the tribal communist:
- More violent, more stealing, less respect for property rights, doesn't save, unwilling to work regularly and consistently, and isn't monogamous.
An agriculturalist works longer days than a hunter-gatherer. Hunter-gatherer groups tended to be polyamorous, having orgies, with the women being given resources from the tribal collective with which to raise the children. Thus what we call "single motherhood" is just the tribal communist reproductive method. Monogamy is an agricultural reproductive strategy, where a specific male is paired to a specific female to ensure that the children are his own.
In individuals, the correspondence of "agriculturalist" behavior patterns is palpable. Violent, stupid and lazy all go together.
When you have a situation where children don't die, the tribal communist reproductive strategy will win out.
