In Part-2 of this three-part CoronaGate series, we continue our discussion of an interview by Rebel News reporter Tamara Ugolini with Dr. Benoit.
We've decided to focus Part-2 on a short excerpt from the interview based on a very interesting revelation by Dr. Benoit. He discusses & compares the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) in the US with what Canada provides, which is almost laughable when compared to VAERS.
The Canadian system is called:
“Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System” (CAEFISS).
The American System - VAERS allows for the actual individual etc suffering from the adverse event to report directly to VAERS without any intermediary channels. However, no such system exists in Canada as Dr. Benoit notes that adverse events MUST go through various bureaucratic channels ( between 4 & 5 ) to be recorded which he submits is a "filtering" process.

The VAERS system in the US has been studied and it is estimated that only between 1 & 10 percent of adverse events are actually reported. Regardless, the VAERS system does provide parties with some very valuable information. Dr. Benoit's concern is that Canadians do not have even a remotely similar system and that as mentioned earlier it is very easy for the CAEFISS to ignore and possibly falsify data. This leaves all sorts of compromising scenarios such as perhaps a person's family doctor recommending a vaccine to a patient, the patient takes it, suffers an adverse event and the doctor dismisses the direct correlation as unrelated or a 'coincidence', hence the doctor can avoid any and all responsibility. Adverse Event Reporting often does not occur because health care professionals are not compensated for the time it takes to fill out what are often very long and complicated forms.
Further to this, Dr. Benoit notes how the Canadian Gov't is focused on its citizens taking whatever vaccine is first available, with designs to have everybody have a second dose by the FALL.
In conclusion, please share this important information regarding CAEFISS with others as it is clear that the Canadian Gov't and the "Health Authorities" do not appear to have any concern whatsoever with either the long or short-term impacts of these vaccines on their own citizens.
They are clearly beholden to BIG Pharma and other vested interests.
