You can't say this is a surprise... chipping away at free speech until Anti-Semitism is illegal. It is coming.
"Members of the Bavaria Jewish community and local authorities met in Nuremberg on Thursday, to discuss growing antisemitism and necessary countermeasures in the wake of the Wednesday attack on Halle's synagogue.
Bavarian Minister President Markus Soder called for tougher laws against antisemitism, as he expressed shame over Wednesday's shooting that claimed two lives.
"Anti-Semitism has re-emerged in recent years, inflamed. This is a real change and it simply cannot go unanswered," he said.
Joachim Hamburger who acts as the Chairman of the Jewish Community of Nuremberg said he had foreseen the attack saying, "Halle was the culmination of things we've seen on the horizon since 2016, 2017 and 2018."
On Wedensday, a 27-year old man opened fire outside a synagogue in the eastern German city of Halle killing two people, in what has been acknowledged a far-right terror attack by German Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht."
