5/15/2022 Cauldron, a large pot, is a military euphemism for an encirclement. Once you encircle some military force and prevent them from re-supplying or egress, you can easily eliminate them. As you tighten the grip around them, you're 'increasing the temperature inside the cauldron'. Word "kotel" is a Russian word that means cauldron. I kept seeing this terminology thrown around by some analysts and had to look it up myself. Hope this helps you, frens.
