Graphene enables the cloud Structure to emit light of various colours (simulating the sun).
This form of Geo Engineering is likely what Bill Gates is referring too when he said he wants to block out the sun. These cloud structures can do that. Graphene is almost
entirely transparent making it hard to spot, so if you aren’t looking for them you are unlikely to see them.
They are in every country in the world. These same clouds, in every country, at the same time. We all live in different climates, different weather, how would that even be possible? They are visible to the naked eye too.
