*Brian contradicts something Annik said earlier. Brian asserts that we don't have disclosure yet and we don't "know" as the quantum dimensional quality of the E.T.s and reality itself, are not know to us- even those within our UFO community.

Lisa brings up the subject of Reptilians. Judy explains that not all Reotoids are negative. She talks about a reptilian person she knows, living down here in Earth human form, who is deeply involved in Animal Rescue. All creatures have consciousness, not just humans, so animals deserve respect as well, As Lisa, an Environmental Scientist explains, every living creature on Earth contributes to the health and well-being of the environment, so all need to be respected and cared for.
Also discussed is the subject of Disclosure, and when it will happen. Brian talks about a book entitled The Rising: The Alien Plan to Build an Enlightened City on Planet Earth, by author Jeff Selver.
Disclosure will help in introducing the concept of Quantum Space and Time on Earth. Judy gives an example to assist in our understanding of this, passed onto her by her off-planet Teachers. The higher energy frequencies that Planet Earth is shifting into involves an expanded conscious awareness and perspective for Earth-plane humanity.
Brian quotes from Judy's book, The Zeta Message, on the value of movement and dance to keep body and mind flexible. During a contact with her Grey family back in 1983, Judy was strongly advised to learn Tai Chi, to help her with meditation. She now teaches this, as she was told she would be doing back then. Tai Chi assists in balancing Body, Mind and Spirit.
At the 13:46 point, the link between the Greys and Devas is talked about. Judy describes an experience she had at a sacred site in the UK, which is famous for its connection with the Nature Spirits/Devas. This involved a full-on contact with the Greys which resulted in a download of information along with a suggestion for her to write a book on ET contact, from the ET perspective.
