INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups of cooked rice
-1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
-Vegetables (Onion & carrots, chopped), add to taste

*CHINESE CHICKEN FRIED RICE*
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups of cooked rice
-1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
-Vegetables (Onion & carrots, chopped), add to taste
-green onions, add to taste
-2 eggs
-2 Tbsp vegetable oil
-Dashi, 2 pinches (Optional but highly recommended by Sensei Guy!)
-Chicken base powder (Like Oxo), 1 pouch
-Black pepper, 1 large pinch
-Salt, 2-3 pinches
-1 Tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
-1 Tbsp butter
-Soy Sauce, to taste (About 1-2 Tbsp)
-Sesame oil, to taste (about 1/2 - 1 Tbsp)
DIRECTIONS
*(Stir at every step)*
1. Cook 2 eggs.
2. Add chicken, slightly undercook the chicken to 90% done.
3. Add vegetables.
4. Add rice, break down clumps.
5. Add salt.
6. Add black pepper.
7. Add garlic.
8. Add Dashi.
9. Add chicken base (Oxo).
10. Add butter.

13. Add sesame oil.
