How do we restore this great Constiutional Republic? With a PLAN. And retired Chief of Plans and Programs for a General's Staff, Lackland AFB, Texas, Mr. Myers has drafted a plan. He did so and called a meeting for Constitution Day, 1993 to present it to interested parties. Attendees included Governor Mecham, State Senator Don Rogers, Jim Thomas (publisher of ByPass magazine), retired Colonel/Judge J.J. Boesel, and Dr. Greg Dixon (founder of the American Coalition of Unregistered Churches). They discussed the plan and agreed on one major change; that being the inclusion of a lawsuit that a State could submit directly to the Supreme Court challenging America's entry into the United Nations.
