Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S® Number for Judiciary Courts of The State of New Mexico D-U-N-S number: 363662339
Dun and Bradstreet NM COURTS doing business for Profit Not Justice:
Information freely available on the website for Dun & Bradstreet clearly indicates that the courts in New Mexico do not act as a court of law (justice), operating as part of the Judicial Branch of the New Mexico government, but rather operates as a business for profit in a corporate, industrial complex. Obviously, when compared to the mission statement shown on the New Mexico Courts’ website:
Quote from the New Mexico Judiciary's website:
“The Mission of the New Mexico Judiciary is to protect the rights and liberties of the people of New Mexico guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States; to resolve legal disputes fairly; and to ensure access to justice for all.” https://www.nmcourts.gov/
Clearly, the Fourth Judicial District Court or any other court in New Mexico, is not upholding this mission statement, pursuant to oaths taken and the mandates imposed upon all oath takers set forth in Article VI, Clauses 2 & 3 of the national Constitution.
Obviously, the above mission statement and the information presented on Dun & Bradstreet regarding the New Mexico Judiciary, totally conflicts with the mission statement.
*** Further, the unconstitutional actions of any New Mexico court also totally conflict with the mission statement.
