Mr. Reinoehl shot in cold blood an unidentified member of Patriot Prayer, a group that describes itself as advocating in favor of free speech, and opposing big government. The public execution is retaliation for Kyle Rittenhouse’s use of self defense in the incident that transpired in Wisconsin.
