The Revolutionary - HITMAN 3 Elusive Target

Vicente Murillo is a fascist militia leader planning to set up a New World Order in South America.
Somebody who regrets having supported Murillo back in the 80's has now hired the ICA to eliminate Murillo so he can't spill the beans about the client's past connection to him.
47's job in Santa Fortuna today is to end Vicente Murillo's political career.

You can quickly tell which of the three random hideouts the target is in by looking at the building across the street from the two-story tall hideout near the start. Saved me a lot of time, what with having to restart the mission over and over again to get all three locations on video.
1. One guard on the second floor leaning on a railing and one on the ground leaning against the wall next to the stairs means the target is right there, where I exploded him.
2. One guard on the second floor leaning on a railing, but nobody next to the stairs means the target is in the littlest shack where I poisoned him.
3. Neither guard being there means the target is in the shack near the water where I burned him.

The 'explosion scare + poison' trick works in all locations. For the waterfront hideout you can use the same exact oven that I used for the little shack. For the first hideout I suggest using the propane tank and car battery.
Oh, you have loadouts? Then just use whatever you want, but remember: Equipment doesn't grow trees, kid.

Weirdest thing, I clearly remember recording this before now, but I have no video evidence of it happening. I even remember playing it on two separate occasions. I did hate this ET until now, though, so it's possible I tried and gave up. Never got this into figuring out how to kill him in all locations before.
