In this video I will be making the Ted's Montana Grill's The Green & Hot Burger. This burger is currently being served at Ted's Montana Grill as of the making of this video. I took one look at this burger and told myself that I need to make this. The spice of the jalapeno's and the creaminess of the guacamole combined with the pepper jack cheese and special sauce was very flavorful. This burger was everything I thought it would be. Tender Chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli, pepper jack, cheddar, and cream cheese. This broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast is absolutely delicious, and will be a new favorite of mine! This quick meal has so much flavor and texture going on and also makes a delicious low-carb dinner and also, Keto friendly. No grills or smokers needed because this was baked in the oven.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CHICKEN
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
4 tablespoons olive oil divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

FOR THE FILLING
2 cups chopped broccoli smaller pieces (softened)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 ounces cream cheese room temperature (¾ brick)

Have you ever gone to Costco, shopped and then had to stop for the hot dog special at the food court before leaving? I do all the time! I just can't resist those hot dogs like most people so I made sure to buy some of their packaged hot dogs to bring home with me. In this video I will make these Costco hot dogs like I've never had them before. I am going to take them to the next level for a better tasting and super delicious Costco hot dog experience!

When everybody is looking for an answer to what is going on in todays world it is easy to rely on the most obvious. Sometimes the most obvious solution is not always the right solution. It is very easy to fall into the trap of the healing solution to a terrible disease. There is not much known about the covid vaccine no matter what you hear about. Despite what you hear in the media please do your research on the possible complications and side effects of the quickly brought on vaccine. With all the Colorado forest fires happening a few hundred miles away it still affects us in the Denver metro area. The smoke in the skies above is evident and the sun looking an erie red is evidence of what happens when the smoke is in the air overhead with the Sun in the background. Colorado's monsoon season typically brings the state a significant portion of annual precipitation. The monsoon brings summer thunderstorms that occur on a regular basis after daytime heat sparks afternoon storms with heavy rains, lightning, and the possibility of hail and flash flooding. This is a test video, a rough draft if you want to call it, in order for me to get a better understanding of what is going to be needed to start filming Blackstone Griddle cooking. There are many foods that I want to cook and will cook. I only had one camera view in this video because my phone camera was filming in 8K and wasn't able to be processed by my editing software...back to 1080p on the phone. This is still a descent video although this whole new section of my channel will be a learning experience which will get better as time goes by.

We have an elderly neighbor that shouldn't be going out any more than she has to for obvious reasons. She hasn't been out much other than to get prescriptions and a little bit of food here and there - definitely not doing her usual shopping. We decided to treat her to a very good dinner because neighbors take care of neighbors This is what happened...

With the amount of snow we've gotten this winter season so far, you would've thought people would get it by now - how to drive.
