How To Prepare & Cook Super Crispy Frog Legs

Do frog legs taste like chicken? I'll let you know what I think. If anybody tells you they don't want to try fried frog legs then they have no idea what they are missing. Fried frog legs are delicious! Especially when they're done this way and deep fried. This frog leg recipe I'm showing you today is perfect for you first time trying deep fried frog legs+. It's crispy, it's crunchy and it's got the right amount of Cajun spice.

Marinade
2 eggs
1/2 pint Buttermilk
1/4 cup Hot Sauce

Breading
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1/2 cup Corn Meal or Flour
1/4 cup Potato Starch or Corn Starch
1/2 cup Panko
1 tbsp Crab Boil Seasoning (Zatarain’s or Slap Ya Mama)
Oil for Frying

Fry the Frog Legs at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
