Tender Chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli, pepper jack, cheddar, and cream cheese. This broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast is absolutely delicious, and will be a new favorite of mine! This quick meal has so much flavor and texture going on and also makes a delicious low-carb dinner and also, Keto friendly. No grills or smokers needed because this was baked in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CHICKEN
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
4 tablespoons olive oil divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
FOR THE FILLING
2 cups chopped broccoli smaller pieces (softened)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 ounces cream cheese room temperature (¾ brick)
1 clove garlic minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
