So my defensive boundaries have been moved, shifted into place to block me from going to my wants and needs, while there is complete absence of boundary stone walls where defensive boundaries are required. So Ive got some renovating to do. I gotta knock down some walls and build up some stone walls elsewhere such as for defence.

Do I have a shopping addiction? I asked myself more than once recently. After a long mountain hike today, I got clarity on that disturbing question. Turns out as part of codependency recovery I have been finding ways to meet my various unmet needs and wants from practically my entire life. I realised more today, just how deprived I was in childhood of toys and clothes. (and more things, such as holidays-'vacations' and doing fun stuff.)
I decide I have caught up on 95% of my unmet material needs and that many were things I still wanted but had missed out on in my childhood. Well I have most of those things now.

I got some wool socks.

I even dont like the idea of paint on walls/ceilings inside houses thats made of acrylic or other plastic. Imagine if these are 'off gassing' and toxifying homes. I prefer natural stuff, wood, stone etc. I would however go lead paint on the exterior (if it can even be bought anymore) because it helps block electromagnetic pollution.

This is what I determined I need more than anything. So next question is: "How to build the castle stone walls and how to develop the knights of the Round Table in real life?"
This is the toughest question. And how to firstly demolish the existing stone walls which are currently trapping the knights and keeping them in, and preventing them from coming and going as the King would direct?

Ive now seen this process in several separate situations and Im fully familiar with it by now and I wish to confirm that this never give up character is a narcissist who has davalued and disgarded a victim after 5-6 years of sucking the life out of them and leaving them destabilised and depleted.
